Republic of Ireland (RoI)
Free delivery for all orders over €75.00. For orders below this value a delivery charge of €6.95 will apply. Standard delivery lead time is 2 to 4 days from order confirmation.
Northern Ireland (NI)
Free delivery for all orders over €100.00. For orders below this value a delivery charge of €8.95 will apply. Standard delivery lead time is 2 to 4 days from order confirmation. Please note that to avail of this rate "Northern Ireland" must be selected from the Country drop down list when entering delivery address information.
Great Britain excluding Channel Islands (GB)
BREXIT NOTICE - Following Brexit, deliveries to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) are suspended indefinitely.
EU (Islands Excluded)
Depending on delivery destination in the EU, delivery charges ranging between €20.000 and €40.00, will apply Standard delivery lead time is 5 to 10 days from order confirmation.
Mainland EFTA (Norway, Switzerland)
A delivery charge of €30.00 plus a customs administration processing charge of €25.00. The customs administration processing charge, levied by the local customs authorities, applies to all shipments entering EFTA countries, which, unfortunately we are unable to waive. Standard delivery lead time is 8 to 10 days from order confirmation and does not include time awaiting clearance by customs in destination country.

Please note that:
- The following weight limits apply – 30 kg for island of Ireland, 20 kg for all other countries.
- Free Shipping/Delivery offer(s) apply only to net value of goods ordered.
- The delivery lead times listed above are expressed in terms of working days, which are defined as Monday through- Friday inclusive and exclude all public holidays.
- These delivery lead times are provided on a “best effort” basis for guidance purposes only and do not apply during Christmas, or promotional or Sale periods. You should expect longer delivery times during these times of year.
- We endeavour to have your order delivered to you within the times specified, however, on rare occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control delays may occur.
Your online order will only be delivered to the delivery address specified at time of order. - All products on our website are subject to availability. If you place an order for a product that is not available, we will contact you with details of the expected delivery date.
Once we ship your order the Courier will send you an email containing details of the Tracking Number for the order. On the day your order is to be delivered the Courier will send you an email with details of the estimated time of delivery.
